Service Terms
Standard Delivery Schedule:​
Monday-Friday 6 am-3 pm
Additional charges apply for deliveries outside of our standard delivery schedule as listed below:

Saturdays and weekdays after 3 pm-9pm $70 per truckload

Saturday charges: $10 per CY

Sunday Deliveries 7 am-1 pm $25 extra per CY

Night deliveries between 9 pm-6 am $500 per night opening charge

Nigh deliveries 9 pm-6 am $10 extra per CY

Holiday deliveries $500 per day PLUS $15 extra per CY

Delivery Fees
Because of high fuel costs we have added a delivery charge to every load as follows:

10 miles from the yard $30/load

Between 10-20 miles $60/load

Between 20-30 miles $90/load

Call for pricing beyond 30 miles
Unload Time
We give 8 minutes free unloading time per CY. Additional standby time will be charged at $2.25 per minute or $135 per hour​
Cancellation Policy
We understand that projects can change. We ask for as much notice as possible, and require at least a
4-hour notice to cancel a delivery. Weather-related cancellations may be made 2 hours prior to delivery time. A $100 no pour fee will be assessed when we show up but you do not take delivery of your order.​
Payment Terms

Cash or credit card are accepted.

Please note: We charge a 3% transaction fee for credit card processing.

Checks may be accepted with prior approval.

Returned checks will be assessed a $25 service fee.
